We also want a drummer and while he is drumming we will have strobe lights going up when he hits the drums, these lights will also be by the decks with the DJ doing the same thing.
We still want to stick with the idea of colour and vibrancy but we want something with more of a drop and speed so that we can incorporate dancing and movement. We are thinking of having a guy performing on a platform with loads of lights and colour moving around just so that we can include as much as we can to emphasise the party/festival vibe and then it would cut to girls dancing to the song with lots and lots of energy and performance. We are thinking along the lines of Justin Bieber's music video for "Sorry":

There is some proficient evidence here of the changes to your ideas - I feel there need to be a little more explanation and guidance to the look of your music video - do blog Ollie Allgrove's talk from last week and your set designs.
